The purpose of Bleed Valve is to bleed off or vent the remaining fluid from the system.
SK bleed valves can be used on instrumentation devices such as multivalve manifold or gauge valves to vent signal line pressure to atmosphere before removal of an instrument or to assist in calibration of control devices.
Bleed Valve are available in MOC 316 stainless steel as a standard. Bleed Valve can also be manufactured in Brass, SS 316L, Monel and other exotic alloys upon request. Raw material outsourced meets requirements of one or more following ASTM specifications.
