♦ It can be used for industrial process plant within general plant construction, machine building, chemical or petrochemical, mining, power station, on and offshore as well as environmental technology.
♦ Monoflange valve size are Available: 1/2” up to 3”
♦ Ratings: ANSI 150-2500 lbs
♦Single block and bleed & Double block and bleed design
♦ Metal to Metal seated design
♦ Fire safe design
♦ Bonnet: back seated blow out proof.
♦ Spindle: ground and thread rolled. Packing below thread.
♦ Spindle Tip: non-rotating tip shut-off type & soft seated.
♦ Dust cap: dust cap protects stem threads from external contamination heat code traceability.
♦ Monoflange Valve design as per ASME B16.34. Individual 100% pressure testing ensures safety. If the Monoflange valves are to be used for gas, oxygen or any other special application, please give full details when ordering with temperature and pressure. Other metallic finish on request. Are also manufactured in stainless steel, Brass and other material upon request.
♦ Including NACE MR-01-75 (latest revision).

♦ Pneumatic seat test is performed at 1/4 of working pressure. Hydrostatic shell test is performed at 1.5 times the working pressure optional test are available upon request.
♦ Monoflange Valve are available in MOC 316 stainless steel as a standard. Monoflange Valve can also be manufactured in Brass, SS 316L, Monel and other exotic alloys upon request. Raw material outsourced meets requirements of one or more following ASTM specifications.
