The 2-valve manifolds are designed for static pressure and liquid level applications; the 3- and 5-valve manifolds are designed for differential pressure applications. These manifolds are available in traditional and compact body designs.

Bonnet Assembly:

♦ Bonnet: back seated blow out proof.

♦ Spindle: ground and thread rolled. Packing below thread.

♦ Spindle Tip: non-rotating tip shut-off type & soft seated.

♦ Dust cap: dust cap protects stem threads from external contamination heat code traceability.

All valves are 100% factory tested prior to shipment.

♦ Pneumatic seat test is performed at 1/4 of working pressure. Hydrostatic shell test is performed at 1.5 times the working pressure optional test are available upon request.

♦ Molybdenum disulphide (mo s2)

 

Material of Construction:

Tube Fittings are available in MOC 316 stainless steel as a standard. Tube fittings can also be manufactured in Brass, SS 316L, Monel and other exotic alloys upon request. Raw material outsourced meets requirements of one or more following ASTM specifications.

♦ Always use thread sealants on pipe threads. Do not apply sealant / PTFE on tube end.

All the Manifolds valve body & Manifolds valve component manufactured by us are ultrasonically cleaned and free from oil and other impurities.
